Constitutional Carry in PA - Rep. Saccone
I'm glad that I now have the go ahead to post on this issue; this has been in the works for a long time and a huge effort led by Kim to get this to where it is now.
Friends,
*
I want to let you know that as of Tuesday next week (Feb. 21) one of the major projects I have been working on will be introduced in the House of Representatives for co-sponsorship – HB 2176 / Constitutional (two-tiered) Carry of Firearms.* The legislation is in ‘blueback’ form right now and will be available shortly on the state website once the memo goes out requesting support from Representatives in the House.
*
The sponsor of this legislation is Rep. Rick Saccone and he is to be commended for his courage and commitment to our ‘Right to Bear Arms’.
*
I am asking each of you for your help in encouraging other House members to sign on as co-sponsors to this important legislation.* Please spread this information far and wide.
*
Thank you!
*

I was just thinking about PA going constitutional carry last night. This would be amazingly fantastic! Would this would affect the way long guns are carried? Also wonder if a duty to inform would come into play as well like Alaska.

My interest is definitely piqued! I'm curious to find out what "two-tier" means, but I guess I'll find out when the bill is made available on the state website.
