lost ltcf card how do i get another and cost

I lost my wallet and with it my ltcf card, wondering how to get another and cost. I live in allegh. co.

I don't see anything specific to replacement LTCF on the ACSO...suggest calling them up.

I had my wallet stolen last year and it was recovered but i did ask about replacing my ltcf. You tell them it was lost or stolen and pay another 25.00 and you get another one. doesnt matter if it was 1 day old or 1 year old. Just go to sherrif's office at the court house and I think you can get it the same day because if its still valid its in the system.
