Need help finding a Sub 2000...
I figure this is a long shot, but here goes....
I'm currently in the market for a Kel Tec Sub2000 (glock 17 grip). I've wanted one for about a year now, but gave up looking for one last time because they are so damned hard to find. Now I'm back in the hunt, and they are still impossible to find. There are some on gunbroker, but they tend to sell for absurdly high prices. Every online store is sold out with months of backorders, and the local shops can't get any (in that configuration) either. So....I figured I'd take a long shot and check on here. You guys have given me tips/links to obscure online sites that have allowed me to make some of my "hard to find" purchases at insanely good prices in the past, so I figured I'd try again. Gunbroker aside, has anybody seen any Sub2000s floating around online in the Glock 17 configuration at a reasonable price (under $400 shipped)?
-Thanks

Thanks for the lead. They are about 5+ hours away from me, but I'm going to see if they will ship.

Give Braverman's a call... on Penn Ave in Wilkinsburg. Local. They had one in the Glock flavor but I am looking for one in the Beretta or other flavor so I can modify my P89 Mags to work with it.

Braverman's currently does not have one in the Glk 17 flavor, nor do they think they can find one. Ace has a 9mm in a different flavor (it was beretta or smith and wesson, I can't remember).

John Browns Armory in Rochester had 2-3 9mm glock ones in stock about 2 weeks ago. Asking price was around $300.

Re: Need help finding a Sub 2000...
Thanks for the tip.... and sorry about Braverman's not having that one (it must have sold, it's been a month or so). I imagine KelTec will be focusing on the KSG production shortly. I will try to give Ace a call tomorrow.... as long as it is not a Glock flavor, it can be changed between the Ber, S&W, etc....
There is a Gun Show at Pgh Mills this month, so maybe someone there might have it for you ??
