    Default Winchester Ranger 9mm

    Just picked up these 147 grain hollowpoints, and was wondering what opinions you guys may have on this round. I know its basically a Black Talon, but other than that hype of the 90's how good/bad is this round?

    It's, along with a few other loads, about as good as you get for a 9mm carry load.

    I know what they will do to pumpkins and paper. Pumpkins are just fun and the exit holes are great. They hit where I want to on paper so I'll keep using them.

    i carry the +P+ 127gr stuff in my 9mm's and the 230gr +P stuff in my 45.

    I use the Ranger T-series in 45 as my duty ammo. It seems to shoot just fine.
