Default HB503 - Firearm Registration Act.

How about complete registration of ALL firearms? Well here it is and a database and lost or stolen all wrap up in one. Yes, you will have the privilege only IF you pay $10 for every firearm you own and you have to do it EVERY year.

Goes hand in hand with Williams's proposal.

I appreciate the effort that you and others put into letting us know what is going on. I do keep in touch with my reps based on some of the threads posted here.

It goes hand in hand but there is a lot more in this one, the fee and the yearly expiration. Either way we have to make sure bills like this die before they get a chance to move forward.

Like the SB version, this is nothing more than pandering to the base and firing up the opposition. With Republicans in control of the Assembly, it won't even make it to the floor.

That's good to hear. However, we still need to keep in contact (daily) and be vigilant especially the Rinos in office.

Paying an annual "fee" to the government for the "privilege" of exercising a right - 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Add to that the gov's ability to deny your right because they think you should not own firearms....

The day that this passes a Constitutional challenge will be a sad day for this country.

It has about as much chance of passing as I do getting heat stroke outside today. We have 35 seat majority in the House and 9 seat in the Senate. Elections have consequences and this is a positive example.
There is nothing Bloombergs mistress can do about it and for the next two years at least Tom Wolf is like a limp dick in a sorority house.
