HB503 - Firearm Registration Act.
How about complete registration of ALL firearms? Well here it is and a database and lost or stolen all wrap up in one. Yes, you will have the privilege only IF you pay $10 for every firearm you own and you have to do it EVERY year.

I appreciate the effort that you and others put into letting us know what is going on. I do keep in touch with my reps based on some of the threads posted here.

It goes hand in hand but there is a lot more in this one, the fee and the yearly expiration. Either way we have to make sure bills like this die before they get a chance to move forward.

Re: HB503 - Firearm Registration Act.
Paying an annual "fee" to the government for the "privilege" of exercising a right - 100% UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Add to that the gov's ability to deny your right because they think you should not own firearms....
The day that this passes a Constitutional challenge will be a sad day for this country.Soap Box - Worn out : Ballot Box - Broken : Jury Box - Pending : Ammunition Box - Unknown

Re: HB503 - Firearm Registration Act.
It has about as much chance of passing as I do getting heat stroke outside today. We have 35 seat majority in the House and 9 seat in the Senate. Elections have consequences and this is a positive example.
There is nothing Bloombergs mistress can do about it and for the next two years at least Tom Wolf is like a limp dick in a sorority house. We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.-Benjamin Franklin
