    Default bluing an old BL4

    My old man recently gave me his Beretta BL4 which he purchased in the early 60s while still living in Italy. I'm not certain of it's monetary value but the gun holds sentimental value for me for any number of reasons. It fires fine but the barrel could use a good bluing. I've been told that gunsmiths don't like to work with over/unders like this. What is the reason for that? Can anyone recommend someone in the Bucks/Montco area that would do such work. Finally, what would such a job cost? I'd

    "i'd" what???

    anyhow, a friend had his pistol sent bact to beratta to have it refinished. id immagine it to be expensive (didnt ask) but if price is no object, it may be your best bet.
