Default Junky Burglar Meets His Match....

We had another one of those great Heroin addict burglaries yesterday. The homeowner comes home and swears he hears noises in the upstairs. Next thing he knows one of our heroin addict, repeat burglars is standing in his living room trying to get to the door.

The homeowner grabbed the kid and the kid punches him in the mouth...game on! The homeowner held the kid on the floor till we got there and arrested the kid. The kid was crying and wanted the homeowner arrested for beating him up. Hopefully his prior record score will put him away for a few years.

Too many of these happening as of late. Never in my 15 years have I seen as many residential burglaries as we are seeing now. All for heroin and pill money.

Yeah, I've heard the job market has been really tough for the junkies here of late.

You'd be surprised how many "normal" working folk find solace in drugs and alcohol. Especially during low moments in life, unemployment -jobless, who then become junkies, robbers or thieves.

Speaking of low-life thugs crying like little girls . . . My store has a loss prevention agent which is basically a guy who wears regular clothes and prentends to shop for 8 hours while trying to catch people stealing. Well, there was this fat high school kid who would always come in, wonder around, pick shit up and put it down somewhere else, maybe buy an .88 candy bar or .99 bag of chips (if anything) and then leave. Our LPA finally caught him trying to steal some candy and he takes him into the stock room to start filling out the paperwork and this kid starts crying like a little bitch! I was fortunate enough to be the witness that our LPA chose to accompany him and the thief to the stock room so I got to see it happen. It was so gratifying to see this kid who acts like such a hardass until he gets caught. Oh, poor baby. Does your pussy hurt?

Shame that people need to SEE crime before they acknowledge it exists.

The "turning point" for MY wife was when the neighbors started dealing drugs. "Will you teach me how to shoot?" She didn't want to have to depend on "someone else" to protect her.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Couldn't agree with you more. Unfortunately my wife thinks I have enough boom sticks in the safe. I'm just trying to justify another one.
