I think that's the one I've been to a few times, its call Guo's Imperial Gourmet. The foods really good for a buffet and lunch prices are about $7 a person. The place is half booths half tables but they could probably move enough tables around to seat everyone together.

There is also Aroma Buffet. That is located in the same shopping center as the Walmart on E. Maartet St. (A few doors down from Burlington Coat Factory).

They have lots of room and serve very good food (Blend of American and Chinese). Reasonable prices and lots of room to accomodate a group.

what i think we should do is pick a date in a few weeks so it gives plenty of time, then i will send PM to everyone that is subscribed to this thread and post a link to it, see if that helps get ppl here and say if they can make it or not
