New to PA
Hi everyone, I am recently moved from AZ to Lancaster, PA. I am extremely familiar with AZ CCW laws, but can't seem to find anything on the laws of PA. For example, can you carry concealed in a restaurant that serves alcohol? Can I carry Concealed into a bank? Would love to know if there is a book out there that covers the PA CCW laws.
I am really looking forward to getting involved in CCW rights in PA. I hope someday to be able to contribute to this fantastic site. Thanks.

To answer your specific question, there is no law prohibiting carry in bars, banks, or anything else like that. Only private property rights - eg the owner (or his designated representative) can ask you to leave - if you don't it's trespassing.
Welcome to PA!

And here's another "welcome" to PAFOA!
Get your Pennsylvania License To Carry Firearms (PA LTCF) from your Lancaster County Sheriff's Department...

From what I have heard from other Lancaster Co residents, your process will be about as easy and smooth as it gets here. If you already have your AZ CCW you are covered for everything except the Federal Gun Free school Zone laws. While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
