Yes of course all the fire arms are complete guns , How ever we do offer kits as well .

Bought my PTR-91 from Atlantic - had it delivered to Anthony Arms (back in the day...). No problems at all - they threw in a can suuggie & a hard case, too!

I bought a WASR for my brother from Dunham's. They have the Romanian and Yugoslovian Kalashnikovs usually. If you're looking for one for cheap and local, check them out. We got my brother's AK for $349.

I vote classicarms.us, they for the most part make sure they send you a good one because they have very good CS and it costs themto replace any bad apples and they know negative feedback exists. I have spent a lot of money over the years with them and never had anything to bitch about. oh and their prices are 99% of the time cheaper than anybody elses
