I was thinking of all of these NFA items out there and stuff like that, and then I thought about gatling guns. Are Gatling guns considered C3 Machine guns? I'm talking about the ones the Union army used over 100 years ago.

I wanted to know because of the way the mechanism and everything works.

put a cordless screwdriver on a crank for a semi... its a machinegun.
