Best online place to find NJ State/3rd Circuit case law

Sorry that this is not explicitly PA specific, but can anyone recommend the best place online to actually find case law for NJ State and 3rd circuit courts?

I was reminded of my inability to effectively research case law when my UT CCW instructor asserted that NJ courts do not distinguish between a charged magazine and an unloaded handgun. I had my concerns but could not verify his assertion...

you can probably lock yourself into a 3 yr contract at less than 200 a month for:
NJ state appellate cases and statutes
US Supreme, 3rd circuit, and federal district courts of your state, cases (with the US code probably)
