What is your budget? You may be better served buying a dedicated pistol light. If you want one that you can use both on and off your pistol I recommend iTac defense. They make all of Sig's lights and the one that came with my pistol is awesome. The light is removable and comes with a pocket clip.

I tend to run SureFire lights, though I hear good things about Fenix as well.

Take a look at the SureFire G2, I'd suggest LED lights. LA Policegear had decent prices, not great but not too bad.

The x-2 was compact as hell but I think they discontinued it. You may still be able to find it online.

They also make a version with incorporated laser. Unfortunately it only says its 40+ lumens...kinda weak if you ask me.

I also agree with this, have the trl1s very bright and don't really notice the weight at all.
You must pay attention to the man behind the curtain. Or you will loose.
