Ever notice how the OC "haters" feel compelled to add their wisdom even when the title of the thread is, and I quote,(see, little quote marks!)So why do you open carry?

I made the "you" red, for effect.

I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Not only was that comment ridiculous, but perhaps if you read some of these post's you would see a reason to open carry!

I started this thread to get some insight into why some people prefer to open cary, and or oc occasionally. Me personaly I don't know if ocing is for me. Although I do see the times where ocing may help me tacticaly. I am aware that it may go against me. Perhaps it is because I live in this wonderful city of Philadelphia, that I have a different perspective on cc, or ocing. Although it is my choice to carry my weapon in witch ever manner I choose. Just as it is each of thier choices to carry thier weapons in the manner they choose!

with that bieng said you should as a gun owner respect thier choices!!!!!

I CC most of the time. At work, I have to because of company policy. But when I am at home and around the house, I OC. Just easier and more comfortable.

Also, on my drive to and from work, I OC. Again, more comfortable and easier. If I stop at walmart or to get gas or groceries, the gun stays right on my hip in plain view. Never had a problem yet...but I did get some odd looks.

Acording to Blackhawk's website, not all of their SERPA holsters come with the belt loop option. However you can buy the belt loop from them for $10.
Ahhhh....OK. I don't have the beltloop. That awnsers that. Thanks.
