Hard Chrome in SEPA
I'd like to have my 1911 hard chromed. Does anybody near SEPA do this work? I think EGW did, but they are out of the gunsmithing business now.

I know you said Pa...and I'm sorry that I have no response for that, but if you can't find anything I seriously suggest you check out Ford's guns. They do hard chrome and they also have a black nickel that is in my opinion amazing looking.

Re: Hard Chrome in SEPA
I have had slides on two of my guns done by Eire Hard Chrome. I know it's far for you and you would have to do the whole shipping thing. Would be hard for a whole gun. Also for eire hard chrome to do it the whole gun needs to be stripped.

Re: Hard Chrome in SEPA
I've used Ford's before, and they do good work. I guess I'm going to end up shipping it, so I might as well go to somebody whom I've done business with in the past.
