Attention! There has been an influx of scammer signups!

The method of operation is to private message you and tell you that you should contact such 'n such person at a given email address.

Please report the private messages. Staff will ban the offender, and I will implement an IP ban. Unfortunately these scammers are using VPN/proxy services, which may mean your VPN/proxy may be blocked.
Attention! About VPN's and foreign IP addresses.

When signing up, do so from a US based Internet Service Provider. Turn off any VPN/safe-browsing feature. Failure to do so will result with your new account denied.

If you run into a IP ban afterwards as a member, again - turn off your VPN or switch servers. We do not ban legit Internet Service Providers from the USA(exception for certain individual IP addresses). Free VPN's tend to get banned too. We try not to ban legit subscription VPN services, but they rarely label their IP blocks correctly.

If you run into an IP ban, it likely wasn't you.

pa hunter education

Does anyone know if pa hunter education will be offered anywhere near Bucks Co in 2011? I checked the portal.pa.state site but nothing listed. I'm not sure if they will still paste dates/locations or maybe there is another resource?

Due to the hunting seasons the WCO's are busy and will normally not have classes. They will start again once things in hunting slow down.
