im new to everything
Hello everyone, im new to everything, this site, owning a gun, everything. I was wondering if there are any good sites that tell me what I can and can't do with my gun. I have my permit to carrry and my new gun is legally registered. I just want to know where I can find out more info on carrying, especially if god forbid I have to use it. Please help.
Thank you

Welcome to the forum and welcome to gun ownership. Let me start by first saying that there is no "gun registry" in Pa..(not a legal one anyway). If you click on the "LAW" tab at the top of the screen you can read all the laws regarding carry with, and without, a LTCF (License To Carry Firearms).

Welcome to the Forum.
This site is one of the best places for info. Just make sure you look at the source.
Classic Pistol is near you and a good place to shoot and have some great classes.

Just a quick question, where did you legally register your gun?

Haha, don't sweat it, but no...it's not "registered". The paperwork is a record of sale.
You can start by reading this: http://www.pafoa.org/law/carrying-fi...oncealed-carry

Re: im new to everything
Welcome to the forum.
A little over a year ago I was in the exact same spot as you, new to everything firearms related. I certainly didn't become an amazing shot in that year but this forum and the friends I have made from it have increased my knowledge and overall competency in spade loads.
Definitely read read read, there's a wealth of knowledge here.
Just a few tips;
1-Don't call a magazine a clip, some people here love to jump all over others for that.
2-Don't call a LTCF a permit, see reason in item 1.
3-Don't get stopped for a traffic violation and offer unsolicited info to the trooper/officer that you may be carrying and then subsequently post it on here, see reason in item 1.
Remember the safety rules and have fun.

Welcome to the forum!
I used to live around the corner in Bensalem. Even though I live in Norristown now, I still drive over the Classic Pistol to shoot.-Tom
