Default Glenn Beck book signing in Pgh 11/23/07

I went down to South Side Works today to get a copy of Glenn Beck's book signed as a Christmas present for a friend. The signing was to be from 4pm - 5pm. I got there at 3:30pm and Mr. Beck was already there signing books and the line weaved through isles on two sides of the book store and was starting down a third wall. Got to shake his hand and he was wishing everyone a Merry Christmas with a big smile. Someone must have told him it was their birthday cause he had everyone sing to them. Took about 45 minutes total, in and out.

I met a gentleman in line, Mr. Bill Steiner, who had some very interesting information about the Flight 93 Memorial. I remember there was a minimal amount of flack in the news some time ago about a cresent shape in the memorial but thought it got scrapped. We exchanged business cards and his had a few websits listed that I thought I would share with you guys. It appears that the cresent hasn't really been scrapped and there is more to it than that. Here are some websites to check out. See what you make of it:

I considered going up to Harrisburg (actually Camp Hill), but figured with all of the shoppers out, it would be a nightmare. I wasn't prepared to give up the amount of time I calculated would be necessary to accomplish this task.

I found the errortheory blog particularly interesting. I hadn't heard about this controversy previously, and was surprised by the number of items that lend credence to these assertions.
