I'm not too familiar with them, but I think they get decent reviews. Do you know of a more specific model? There are probably a plethora of reviews online. Sorry for my limited knowledge of them

You did not say if this is a center fire or muzzleloader, I own two of the Muzzleloaders; I have the Hawkins in 50 Cal flintlock and the Renegade 50 cal in cap. Both are fine rifles, very well made. More of a conventional muzzleloader, and on the heavy side.
But I have only read good things about the T/C center fire riles as well.

I own one of their rifles in .308. The venture. I would say as far as bang for the buck it is a great rifle. In my honest opinion, it is a great all around rifle. Accurate, light and built of a very high quality that will suprise you for the price. It is build like a thousand dollar rifle(except for the stock which I wish could be had in wood)

I have the first generation Encore and am quite fond of it. I have a few different barrels and can go from squirrel to cape buffalo in two screw and 1 pin.
And if you want to race, name the place and I'll show you where it's at mother f@#$&#!

I have several Contenders. I have not had any issues. Very accurate.

I have a TCR-87 with 4 barrels. The .270 has taken six deer. Yes, it is a good rifle.

If it makes you feel any better I know my TC is accurate cuz I just shot a doe at 110yds with it and it hit right exactly where I was aiming. Theyre also very durable. The stock on the venture isn't the prettiest but it is also very functional.
