    Ephrata Borough

    Found some interesting stuff:

    http://www.ecode360.com/?custId=EP1497

No person shall fire or discharge any firearm within the Borough of Ephrata, subject to the following exceptions:
    A. The use of firearms shall be permitted by any duly appointed law officer in the course of his or her official duties.

    B. The use of firearms shall be permitted when necessary for the preservation of human life, as authorized in the Pennsylvania Crimes Code (18 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.).

    C. The use of a bow and arrow or crossbow shall be permitted on property owned by the Borough of Ephrata, where so designated by Ephrata Borough Council.

The borough itself has a no discharge ordinance. Under the Parks and Recreation area:

    E.
To hunt or to possess within any recreation area any air gun or bow and arrow unless such area has been set aside for such purpose and then only according to special regulations for such particular area. The possession and use of any firearm within any recreation area shall be subject to all applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act of 1995, Title 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 6101 et seq. as the term "firearms" is therein defined.
[Amended 4-13-2009 by Ord. No. 1454]
Possession and usage is allowed as defined in the UFA.

all you get is ridicule, laughter,

West Earl Township has some issues.

    http://www.westearltwp.org/west_earl...%2C_Use_of.pdf

    E. No person shall carry, have or discharge firearms, explosives, bows and arrows, air or spring rifles or slings unless authorized by the Supervisors. No person shall throw stones, missiles, golf balls or similar objects.
Parks would be considered township property. They have no mention of this in their Parks and Recreation file, but it's listed here. I may be wrong, but the way this is worded and how it's listed under Township Property, couldn't that also apply to roads that belong to the township?

Here's how they have Township Property Defined:

TOWNSHIP PROPERTY — Any real estate owned or leased by the township, including but not limited to the West Earl Lion and Lioness Club Park, Neidermyer Park (also called Stone Quarry Road Park), the lot upon which is located the Township Building and the township property on Locust Street.
Not all the roads would be owned by the state, some of them would be owned by the township, and wouldn't that be considered "real estate" or are roads under some other definition? It also sounds as though they're prohibiting firearms from public meetings.

    Lititz Borough

I couldn't find anything listed in their ordinances related to firearms, and only one brief mention on one of their park pages:

    http://www.lititzspringspark.org/lspcontact.html

    3. No firearms or fireworks

Since there's no ordinance I guess the most they could do is trespass you, but even that wouldn't stand. I'm not 100% sure that this park is actually property of the township, it might be one of those private property public parks.
