Default NFA weapons in Luzurne county.

Thinking about turning a Draco pistol into an SBR. Anyone know if the CLEO signs off on such requests?

Just drop off your completed form 1 off at the Sheriffs dept...it won't hurt to include a photocopy of your LTCF.

A buddy of mine lives up that way and he was told by many residents up there that he only signs for family and close friends. He went the Trust route.

As stated above, drop off the paperwork and see what happens. If he won't, go Trust or Corp.

Try stopping by Advanced Arms in Pittston (Luzerne County). They have a pretty good selection of suppressors, so I'm sure they have a pretty good idea of how easy the process is. They might be able to give you a hand in that regard. Not to mention, it's a well stocked shop with a lot of toys to look at!

EDIT: I didn't notice he was the first to answer your question. lol.

    The Current Sheriff signs
Prior to that acting Sheriff Guernie (sp?) and former Sheriff Savokinas signed.
Prior to that that we had Stankus - He matched your description

A trust is also a viable option... it serve quite well as an estate planning tool.

I know Chief Ferdinand personally, and as long as you are not a criminal he doesn't have a problem signing the forms. Bob is very pro second ammendment, he has even stated that he likes the fact that I oc and wishes more residents would oc. So drop the papers off and talk to him, he is a very friendly chief.
