New Years Day Annual Trap Shoot
I know there are only a few trap shooters on this forum but I'll post a great trap shoot anyway.
Reg. is 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
50 targets
$8.00 for the targets; $7.00 for the Compulsory Lewis Class
There will be $100 added to the Lewis Classes for every 10 shooters up to $500 Max.
Free pork and sauerkraut.
Bar opens at 9:00 AM
Anyone who shoots trap knows this is a good Lewis Class payout. Last year the added money went to the $500 max. If you don't understand Lewis, the short explanation is you don't have to be good to win. The top shooter will win something for sure but the other class winners are pretty much luck.

Re: New Years Day Annual Trap Shoot
What a day. Good thing no more people showed up. We had 117 shooters sign up. We ran out of food before 2:00 PM. We stopped signing up shooters at 3:00 PM and it was almost dark until they were finished. The Lewis Class paid out $850. Last year we had 63 shooters.
The older I get, the better I used to be.
