Looking for a new range buddy who reloads and has respect for the rules once the weather gets warmer. I mostly shoot rifle Remington 700 and Ruger precision rifle both in 308 Winchester.

I see you are from Carbon County. Do you know the Tobyhanna's longest rifle range is only 100yds? It's not like the one outside of Jim Thorpe that has 300yd benches.

I mean no offense, but your listed rifles seem a waste at such "close" range as Tobyhanna.

The reason I prefer Tobyhanna the shooting benches are very stready and the ones off of 93 are very old.

Are you familiar with the the range in SGL 300? It isn't all that much farther than Tobyhanna if you are coming from Carbon County. It has new/sturdy benches like Tobyhanna, and it has a 200yd range...still much shorter range than your rifles can reach out and touch, but twice as long as Tobyhanna.

Yup, the Archbald range is nice; benches, covered area (newly redone construction), but be warned, it is almost always windy come the afternoon.
