At the range this morning with my New Ruger LC-380,Have to say the racking of the slide is easier, recoil is a lot less and accuracy is as good as my Bersa 380 with fixed barrel which is very good,no one here, must all be shopping,Darn target were starting to get wet with the snow coming down.Merry Christmas to ALL !

Wink Re: Tobyhanna SGL Range Reports

Sooting my new to me Sigma 40s&w,with re-loads from my brother in law, while he has been reloading for 10 years this was my first experience with shooting anyones.Had FTFs only one,and a lot of FTEs,and a lot dirtier than my regular wwb and federal,I was not impressed with reloads especially his,I am giving them back to him and will stick with factory controlled ammo,100 rounds oof my factory WWB and not one issue,so I am thinking it was his stuff,Now in the market for a Glock 23 also, and the range crowded as ever, out of staters not adhering to rules of the range,my wife sat in the car not feeling safe to stand on the line.I will be back Monday or Tuesday as I am off work also, see you there members !

Cool Re: Tobyhanna SGL Range Reports

5 days ago after spending an hour out in the cold shooting 22s,Me and wife decided to be a snowbird, seems the last shoot outing got me so cold we left for Florida that night.Minus temps took its toll on us and chickened out and retreated to warmer climate. Not abandoning Pa.Just for the winter, Will be better to go shooting in 70 degrees. All in All I became quite Hypothermic and Thank God we have a place to go to.Members be careful out in the cold,it comes up fast and beats you physically down,Oh yes,I could not even get on paper trying to shoot in the freezing cold,See you in May 2014.

Big chicken, you leave when its really goin to get cold, big chicken. When I retired I tried to get the wife to move south somewhere, didn't work to far away from our daughter. Stay safe and warm.
