04/04/2019 - Spoke with PGC and Directed to Warden Beame and left a detailed message about Volunteering to clean up all debris and bag it all for pickup and removal from range also noted the terrible shape tha target boards are in and detailed also that an Officer Gildea be present as to make range safe with his presence while we are downrange during clean up.Now waiting for him to get back to me.

That is great all of us can make this work well and the cleanup presentable. I am awaiting Warden Beame to contact me and I will call him again if necessary on Monday !

04/05/2019 Good News ! Game Warden Beame contacted me today with their approval of the cleanup it will be coordinated with PGC Gildea and PGC Abrams (new to our area ) as to dates that they can be available to close the range to shooters for our saftey while doing cleanup,also addressed would be the backboards for targets to be repaired.I will keep you all informed ! PGC Gildea will make available several dates for clean up so as to accomodate us volunteers ,As soon as I get the dates I will post them here. . Thank You MDT/Bill

PGC RYAN GILDEA gave us a window to work with anyday 04/22/19 thru 04/29/19 he will close the range down on the PGC website,The range shutdown will also be POSTED on roadway to alert anyone who intends to do shooting that day , all we have to do is see what days will work for us volunteers NO FRIDAYS !Let me know Thank You MDT/Bill I dont know how all volunteers feel about giving up a few hours on a Sunday ? Waiting on members who also volunteered their time to coordinate a day. Sunday the 28th if it works for us is a good day let me know ?

I was just informed it against PGC policy to shut down range on weekends and Cant do clean up on Fridays so that leaves us with Monday Thru Thursdays ! I would have been of help had PGC told me that to begin with.I will send out PMs to those who have already volunteered. MDT/Bill

Looking good for the 04/24 a Wednesday,I will say the old guy Jack who picks up brass has been slowly picking up the garbage and bagging it,The range could sill use a bit of help raking and bagging trash,I don think it would take more than 3 hours total. MDT/Bill
