what does this mean?
im a pa resident going for florida ccl what does this mean?
6) These states issue concealed carry licenses to qualified individuals who are non-residents. These non-resident permits cannot be honored under Florida's reciprocity provision.

it means that if you have a non-resident permit from any of those states florida will not honor it, with the exception of theirs.....
i.e, you live in pa, have a utah/virginia/etc. etc, non res permit as your only permit, you cannot carry in florida.
Only a florida permit would allow you to carry in florida or a permit from the state you live in that they recognize

it means florida is very hypocritical about non-resident permits.
on one hand, they have turned selling non-resident permits into a money making machine.
on the other hand, they do not honor non-resident permits themselves.
hmmmm.......
