    Default Beary good day in the woods

    What a day in the woods today! This bear was shot in the Appalachian Mountains / Weiser State Forrest. That's my Dad's M1909 Argentine Mauser.

    I have allot to be thankful for and today was one that I won't forget for a long time.

    Great job and welcome to the forum! I had to laugh at your post because as I was getting my 7mm mag out of the safe tonight to leave for camp tomorrow (I know today was the first day, but I deer hunted in NY), I looked at my Yugo Mauser and thought, "Hmmmmmm".
