West Chester PD Practice Range?

Anyone know where the WCPD's range is? The reason I ask is because I can hear it from my house. It sounds like it is coming from the Bolmar St/Snyder Ave area. I drove around a couple times looking for it (hoping that it might be public/private too), but I haven't been able to find it. But I can swear that I hear a shooting range.

I didn't know West Chester PD had it own range. West Goshen's range is around the sewer treament plant.

Ok... that makes sense. I live about a mile or 2 from that treatment plant. That must be what I'm hearing. Wish I could shoot there. It's right around the corner.

That range is on the property of the sewage treatment plant. If the plant ever had to expand, the range is gone. The range, even as it is, is on shaky ground. The houses that now surround it makes for many restrictions, hours of operation, and who can shoot their. West Goshen, at one time, opened their facility up to other departments. I do not know if that is the case anymore.

It's a link off of the Township page. There have been some battles on who can shoot there... currently it is the WGPD, WCPD, West Chester ERT, and a few other local departments.
