I might be getting an Anaconda! (Maybe a Redhawk, too!)
You guys know that I've been jonesin' to get a Colt Anaconda since I had to sell mine 7 years ago to pay for emergency home repairs. Well, I may have finally found the replacement! This gun has only been fired twice and is an early 199x model. Bright stainless finish, 8-3/8" barrel with vent ridge, cast trigger and hammer...all it lacks is the ported barrel. I am in love!
The Ruger Redhawk is nice, too...certainly no Colt but it is very hard to take my eyes off of! I may have to get it too so the Colt isn't lonely! Of course there will be one hell of a love triangle when they meet my Raging Bull! But I digress...
Does anyone know where I can find a serial number=production year chart for the Anaconda?
I like the Glock 17 9mm, 19 round mags...but I wil probably pass on it. I'm still not a fan of Tupperware! But it is a fine gun. Maybe one day! But anyway...on with the pics! Sorry for the poor quality photos...I was using a 3mp camera from work and bad lighting.
