Sad day but good day
Sad day, traded my first pistol I bought last year a Witness 10mm
(picture from net/ not actual gun)
And picked up a Glock 36. Its not new but the round count is very low.
Range time tomorrow after work.
p.s. please no one say that glocks multiply. I heard that for Sig's and 1911's and i have more than one of eachLast edited by Pagoda240; November 14th, 2010 at 11:46 PM.

Good swap!
Love the 10mil, but the .45 is a bit more practical, imho.
Congrats! ...and if it makes you feel any better, my GLOCK didn't multiply. I still only own ONE frame. lol
Pls let us know what you think after you get some rounds downrange.Last edited by BuzzLightyear; November 14th, 2010 at 11:38 PM.

Some how my Glock ended up with a lil brother. So they do multiply.

Re: Sad day but good day
Seems like a big trade off in power. Pretty concealable though. I had a glock 30, the double stacked version. I traded it for several reasons but one was, since I dont conceal anymore there is no need to have a subcompact. I did love the gun. I wonder if your frame is narrower?

Re: Sad day but good day
the 36 is almost the same size as my 19, I almost never carry it (the 36) the recoil is just a little too much for such a small frame gun making it no fun for me t shoot. congrats though on the pickup i wish i had the balls to sell my first one

Re: Sad day but good day
I am able to shoot 45acp every week. So that should make me a better shot than I would be with 10mm that i could only shoot maybe once a month. The 36 is actually slimmer than my friends 19. Not sure how much i am going to carry it, i have a kimber UCII that I never leave home without .
Not balls, I just don't believe in safe queens. If i am not going to shoot it , i would rather pass it on...Last edited by Pagoda240; November 15th, 2010 at 12:49 AM.

Re: Sad day but good day
Didn't realize that the sights on the glock were pushed all the way to the right. So i had to run to my favorite Gun Shop/ range so he could use a glock sight pusher to fix. Only brought a box of rounds to shoot. As you can see below from 7 to 15 yards shoots pretty consistently.
this is a mag dump as fast as i could pull the trigger and maintain a little control
overall very happy with pistol. Would not hesitate to carry after maybe another 100rds thru it to include some JHP rounds.Tantric Shooting Team

Re: Sad day but good day
You should sell it to me for $100. It's to small for your big hands
