Carry at Magee Womens Hospital, Pittsburgh?

Will be spending a lot of time there visiting a family member after surgery next month.

I assume that there are no metal detectors or anything like that to worry about if CCing thru a regular entrance? Does anybody know for sure?

It is Magee Womens Hospital of UPMC, 300 Halket Street Pittsburgh. Not a very good section of town, especially after dark.

Nope, no metal detectors or anything like that. Remember, concealed means concealed.

As for that section of town "not being very good," it's all college student housing in the area. You've got Magee's own police department on site, plus a decent PPD patrol off site.

Besides, you'll be in your car once you leave the hospital.
