    Default CCW Limited mag, cap?

    I heard some time ago Pa. only allowed 10 rd. mag. capacity during C.C.W. True or false?

    False. You can carry magazines of any capacity, and as many of them as you are physically able.

    Thanks!!! Don't remember who told me that but with the unusual laws they come up with I wasn't sure.

    PA doesn't limit those things because we the people would not stand for it. Remember, we're a different breed than those folks in California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois...etc, etc.

    One more reason to love living in a real united state.

    It's not a state, it's a commonwealth. It has statehood status, but it's a commonwealth nonetheless.

    False.

    My carry gun has a standard 14 rd magazine. It can have a 10 rd mag. but SW labels that as low capacity. I think when I bought my gun it said something like "not legal in California". I took that as a badge of honor

    Unforunately, my RIA 1911 only accepts single stack mags, so unless I want a magazine that extends way beyond the bottom of the grip, I'm limited to 8+1 in my pistol. But it is pretty to look at.
