HK P30 9mm conversion?
I have looked around quite a bit. I can't seem to find any information on a conversion barrel/kit for this pistol. Does anyone know if there are any after market kits to convert to 22LR? I know it is more than just a barrel swap out to achieve this, and probably quite costly. I was just wondering if it is out there. I have seen them for various other guns, some not too expensive, some would get you served with divorce papers.
While I am at it, any recommendations on reasonably priced, quality after market conversion dealers/web sites?

Re: HK P30 9mm conversion?
Conversions= big negative. At least for the 9mm. .40 to 357sig yes (USP) but , nothing really for 9mm. I've never heard nor seen a .22 con. kit for any H&K pistol for that matter. As far as aftermarket barrels go, there are quite a few qaulity manufactures. EFK comes to mind, cant think of others off the top of my head, just do a search, you will find them. Also the only reason I would see getting an aftermarket barrel would be to shoot lead if you are a reloader. Check out HKpro for endless info on all things H&K.
and to the dust you shall return

id only change the barrel if you want a threaded barrel.
if you want a 9mm with a .22 conversion look on over to the sig p226/p229's

Re: HK P30 9mm conversion?
I also have a XD40, that I have been pondering a 9mm barrel for.
Other than that I like to look at options for a future purchase and want to be looking in a good spot. A simple Google search will bring up sites 90% of the people out there would steer away from due to reputation or past experiences.
