Wait Time for my LTCF Renewal (Phila)

Hello folks, I'm new here and was hoping for some input, does any one have some past experience with how long the wait times are running these days in Philly, I went on August 16th, all my paperwork was in order, this was for a renewal. Haven't heard any thing yet, it's been 14 weeks. Is this typical?

No, not typical. Call them right away. I've seen at least one situation where the applicant did not receive the certified letter and was then denied because he didn't pick up the license within the 90 days after approval. Had to start the application process from scratch.

They have 45 days which they interpret as business days. After that it's either issue or give written reasons for denial.
