Ok, Which of You Open Carried into the Wyomissing Public Library?
You definitely got their attention because they called me today to find out if they could limit an individual's right to carry in the library. And FYI, they won't be doing anything about it...

Most likely a publicly funded entity merely seeking an opinion.
Sounds like they never entered into the client category.

I'm no lawyer though I believe the dissenting individual is, and thus I am inclined to believe him.
However in my unqualified opinion, I imagine a formal attorney-client relationship would be predicated on the attorney being retained. If that is not the case I would love to know. Could one of our legal people respond definitively?“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquillity of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, — go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!” ~Samuel Adams
You cannot invade America. There is a rifle behind every blade of grass.” ~ Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto
