Re: Need help big time on decision
I'd get the Beretta. I've fired a P250 and while it's a decent gun, the M9 is better in my opinion.

Re: Need help big time on decision
I agree I don't think the Sig 250 is that great, even though I love Sig. The M9 is an excellent gun that has been proven by our military for years, I think it's a much better choice.

Berretta. Good shooter. Reliable. Cheaper to shoot than the sig.
It's splitting hairs, though. Whatever fits you best. Pretty much even save for cost of ammo.

Re: Need help big time on decision
The sig is less expensive and new. The M9 is used, but 9mm is cheaper to shoot than .45acp.
If I were going to CC either one, I would take the Sig 250 over the M9. It is lighter and shorter, and should conceal better.

Re: Need help big time on decision
I don't like the premise of the sig 250's. Kind of seems like a gimmick, and they're ugly. IIRC there was alot of bugs when it first came out, I didn't follow the product so I don't know the current status of that. I would go with the beretta. Cheaper ammo, higher capacity, very reliable, much easier to find accessories/holsters for.

Re: Need help big time on decision
I love my Sigs but I'd go with the Beretta as well. Especially if it's an M9A1, that's an excellent price and they're typically good shooters.

Neither. A used K frame Smith and Wesson in .357 Mag (Classic Pistol has one or two) for less then 400 and I would be good to go. However, I have always had an preference for the turny guns...
