Upper Darby mother, son face charges in drive-by shooting
UPPER DARBY — A mother and son are facing criminal attempt to commit homicide charges after a drive-by shooting on Clover Lane Monday, police said.
Michelle Y. Terry, 41, of the 400 block of Spruce Street, Darby, and Dayvon Terry, 20, of the 7200 block of Bradford Road, Upper Darby, were arraigned Tuesday by Magisterial District Judge Michael Cullen.
A 10-week-old baby boy n the back seat of the targeted vehicle narrowly escaped bullet wounds after one of the projectiles shattered the rear window, police said.
The incident, which occurred around 4 p.m. Monday, was described by police Superintendent Michael Chitwood as an ongoing feud between the Terrys and the victims.
So where is Bryan Lentz on this one? Im sure Dayvon Terry was trying to get a Florida LTCF since he couldnt get one here in PA.
Oh wait....
Dayvon Terry, on probation for guilty plea to robbery, is facing an additional charge of former convict not to own a firearm.
