    Default GSG 1911 .22lr

Picked one of these up from Steve at Bullseye Shooter's in Elizabethtown. Great gun. Ran 150rds of 3 types. CCI Minimags, Federal Champion and Federal Lightning. Zero malfunctions and here was one of the last groups from 10yds.

I was on the fence until I read some online reviews that were positive. Also, Steve had told me that he had shot one himself and it ran great.

Anyone in the market for a 1911 .22lr should check these out.

I believe this will be my .22 suppressed weapon soon! Had a p22 and sold it here on the forums but this looks very interesting!

If you don't mind me asking what was the purchase price? I have been thinking of looking into a 22LR plinker to leave my pocket a little heavier on shooting days!

The last 22LR pistol I owned was a Ruger that jammed more than shot. I loved the gun but it was annoying to say the least. (Granted it was older than me and in need of attention)

Thanks, I will have to look into them a little more, AND that shop in E-town. It has been a while since I was in that area I vaguely remember a shop down the street from the Holiday Inn Express.

This one is across from Kmart on Rt 230 between the Wendy's and Hess gas station.

There are two "down" the street from the Holiday Inn Express. One is Trop Gun Shop and the other is Kinseys. I don't know if either has the GSG 1911 but Steve at Bullseye Shooters has a few more in stock.

Great price, the last time I looked I saw two different shops at about $450. I got mine for less than that but not as good as $339, I may have to buy another just because.
