Well, I believe all rifles, unless registered otherwise, must have a total barrel length of 16". Some manufacturers make a 14.5" barrel with a permanently attached flash suppressor that brings the length back up above 16" again. If the FS was removeable, you would have to register it as a Short Barreled Rifle.

Colt if you can swing it, or get 2 stags for the price of 1 colt. I wouldn't mind picking up a 4th stag myself, and still don't own an Colts.
