I got my LTCF today

I went down and got my LTCF today and cant wait to CC tomorrow. Bust my cherry so to speak. I want to look into Open Carry but i may have to wait till there is a OC outing, as i don't feel comfortble doing it by myself.

Congrats on the LTCF. If you're not comfortable OCing keep in mind printing. Poorly concealed is about the same as OCing. As far as OC take baby steps. When I started I'd OC to places that knew me, local mini mart, area mom/pop stores, etc. Next to bigger places I knew had a pro gun policy and now I'm comfortable OCing being fully aware of all the consequences.

Thats the other thing that worries me rightnow. I dont want any hassle and i have talked to 3 different police officers here and they said they would hassle me. They knew it was legal but they didnt care.

Get them on audio/video stating their threats and intention of violating your rights and the law (in public of course)

Preemptively file an official complaint do it's on record if you are harassed
