    .
    Can we get confirmation of this? I'm seeing nothing in the NRA-ILA alerts, or anywhere else for that matter, which states the concurrence vote on HB1926 has been placed on the House schedule. We need to keep push for this to be placed on the schedule until we get confirmation it's there.

    FROM MY FACEBOOK PAGE::

    State Rep Seth Grove, 196th- York County PA --Back in Session Monday.

    Daniel Huang-- Will there be a vote on HB1926?

    Janine Bishop-- Lots of calls for HB2497 here, I hope that's on the agenda!

    Ian MacBride-- Nice! I hope HB1926 can be called for vote.

    State Rep Seth Grove, 196th- York County PA-- Not sure what is on the agenda yet. Stay tuned in.

    Matt Vanderhoff-- Biggest challenge will be Mr. Rendell.

    This proves my point: that the House will be in session, but as it stands we don't know if HB1926 will be called for a vote.

    Well, we'll just have to make sure it does.

    Just a quick question--Suppose the bill gets more than a 2/3 vote on confirmation, Can Gov. Rendell still veto it??

    Yes he can. The question is why would he? For as much of an ass hat as he can be, he is not stupid. If it passed the state congress with 66+ % of the vote, why would there not be enough votes to override a veto? Besides, there isn't anyone that does not support a Megan's Law .

    Oh, you'd be surprised!! Take a look at the Senate votes on the final passage of HB-1926.
