The 2nd Amendment Rights will continue to get trampled until we have a majority voice and vote from we the people. Until then we must be ever vigilant to do our part to protect these rights.
Given the current circumstances and voter mindset, a majority is never likely to be achieved regarding the 2A and its preservation of our natural right. Yet as a natural right it cannot be revoked nor restrained by popular opinion - it is not within the powers of either to do so. Instead, the powers government has usurped will need to be constrained through a more populous cause, one that by natural extension affects 2A. Health care is one possibility that may discard or reassess the stare decicis (precedent) that is so often the legally cited basis for such usurpations, for example interstate commerce. Just as the morass of laws was built upon these pillars, so too must these pillars be eroded so as to force the collapse of the misguided legal framework erected upon them.
I am ashamed of those who represent me.

For me it is a "minor irritant" to have to go to the County Courthouse from where I live. My "license" to exercise our GOD GIVEN RIGHTS TO SELF DEFENSE is up today.

While I would love to have Constitutional Carry.. right now our representatives are hard at work trying to remove 18 PA 6120 Preemption and also invoke registration and confiscation see PA Bill 768 as well as a number of other initiatives.. the 6 May rally is more important this year than before

Because our rights to keep and bear arms in defense of ourselves and the State are being questioned.

You right to self defense is never up.

If you choose to carry a firearm concealed or in a vehicle, loaded, then you need an LTCF.

OC is a different matter, with a few differences.

    Wow, 8 years later...

I miss some of the folks that no longer post here.

As to the OP's question... PA dosen't have Constitutional carry, because folks like us have not applied enough pressure in the right places at the right times. But, we're working on it. If we don't make it happen, no one else will.

PA, more specifically, Philadelphia, was is the cradle of liberty in these United States. It is a blessing that it is still relatively easy to carry in that major city. However, it is a damn shame that several other states have Constitutional carry, and we do not.

    Gotta get more involved.

    3. The same people who outlawed 1890s technology semi-automatic firearms for hunting deer, for reasons that nobody seems to be able to remember or explain.

There's no chance of our great state going constitutional carry as long as Wolf is in office.
