The 1st Domino falls: Wisconsin Judge rules CC Ban Unconstitutional
In short, the ruling states the ban is overly broad and violates the 2nd and 14th Amendments to the US Constitutuion.

The prosecution would have to appeal for there to be even a minute chance of the second domino falling. This was just a county court, so the "precedent" is not binding except in that particular court, and a smart DA isn't going to bother to appeal to a higher court and risk the State losing control over its sheeple.
