Default The 1st Domino falls: Wisconsin Judge rules CC Ban Unconstitutional

In short, the ruling states the ban is overly broad and violates the 2nd and 14th Amendments to the US Constitutuion.

No Scheiße, in Wisconsin, even . . .

Y'think?? Let's hope our cheesehead brethren can swamp Madison the way we covered Harrisburg the last couple weeks.

That will be a very, VERY nice ruling to have on the books to cite for future cases.

The prosecution would have to appeal for there to be even a minute chance of the second domino falling. This was just a county court, so the "precedent" is not binding except in that particular court, and a smart DA isn't going to bother to appeal to a higher court and risk the State losing control over its sheeple.
