Yes they are.
I've had Akitas for the past 17 years. These two are my third and fourth. I've gotten them all from the Akita Rescue or the SPCA. They are great family dogs. I've never had to worry about leaving my wife and kids (now grown) home alone. If the dogs wouldn't get the bad guy, my wife would - she's a pretty good shot

Not to make you feel bad, but those 92 Inox' are going for about $500-$600.
The one in that picture is an unfired LEO trade in that I just bought from Classic Pistol. They just got three of them and they all sold very quickly.

I once came across original Silver 92F/S Inox mag for sale on gunbroker.
Just mag alone went for over $50.
It really really annoys me that I sold it so cheap... At least I sold it to a good buddy of mine.



Which he sold it later for more money to buy big screen TV....
