Dockable Tactical Light?

Is there a tactical flashlight that can easily (i.e. snap on, snap in, insert and twist, etc.) transition from hand to rifle mount to pistol?

I.e. I have the light out. Then draw secondary, attach the light to the pistol light rail with some magic clip.

Or I have the light out, shine light in closet, trunk, etc, obtain rifle, attach the light to the rifle -- insert the flashlight into rings, twist and it's locked in.

I would think that any quick release, picatinny size rail mounted light, designed primarily for a pistol would do what your asking.

I am not sure that this would be the best way to go about your HD/SD setup, but not really my area of expertise.
