How to find Public Domain Land

Hey I was just wondering how to locate public domain land to hunt? I heard along rivers and creeks there are often large amounts of public domain land to hunt ducks. Does anyone know if this is true and how to locate it?

You can also hunt from a boat in navigable waterways. For example, you can float the Schuylkill river from Auburn to Reading hunting ducks even though there is private property on both sides of the river. Just be sure to observe all the saftey zones you'll end up floating through.
