Because anyone with a bit of warmth left in their heart and fond memories of their own family can relate and share a tiny bit of the joy I feel every day in being a daddy.

I had not anticipated that Mr. Grinch was trolling gun forums when Christmas joy was not around to loath.



Here are some other ones to help that undersized heart grow. My little one calls me Da, the dogs are Ga and Olaf (from Frozen) is La. My two y/o begs for Brown Cereal for breakfast, lunch and dinner (cocoa puffs) and thinks daddy and babe, (what my wife calls me), are interchangeable names for me.

Because forums are a social place. We are not just here sharing cold hard data. Showing a warm human side from time to time makes us all seem a bit more like real people than cold bots that treat each other with nothing more than contempt.

Why share pictures of my girls at all? Because I am human and have a life outside of this forum that is actually more important to me. I shared because I do not mind being seen as human.

Maybe by seeing me as a real person, someone in some future thread may give me the benefit of the doubt when I take a position that grew from my real life. My views and positions are heavily influenced by the fact that I have two little girls that are my world. The fact that they are so helpless in the real world because of their inability to speak formal English is part of what goes into every thought I have or conclusion I arrive at.

A thread seeking real girls is suggesting that it is looking for something more personal than something you can dig up in a search. I just made it that much more personal by including terms near and dear to my heart, which were actually not required for an understanding of the picture.

I do not care that you do not care. You are free to ignore the post or me altogether.

Why visit the forum if you have no interest in the people on it? I am sure there are far better resources that will not include any sharing of people's personal lives.
