    Default Neat little Mauser

Picked up a neat little Mauser 1910 pistol in 6.35mm. Dont' think it's worth anything, I just always liked old pistols, and I think I got this one pretty cheap ! It's in decent shape, good wood grips, some blueing loss - but I call that character. Any Mauser buffs out there, any info. would be appreciated ? From some research, I think it is late 1919 made ( serial number 201xxx ), with 9 slide serations on each side, and no "mauser 6.35" stamped on the right side. I'm giving it a light clean up and then off to the range Will get some pics up soon in case anyone is interested.

Please do, I've been curious to see those little 6.35 mausers in action.

Here's a quick shot of the Mauser before I started cleaning her up. Will post some more after I'm done cleaning and taking to the range.

I've pulled up a few articles but haven't seen that one - thanks ! Taking her to the range Thurs. if I have time, if not Saturday. Gun wasn't real dirtly but cleaned up the metal and rubbed down a few times with perma blue, then used some da on the grips then a few coats of boiled linseed oil. Looks a little cleaner, but still has the nice aging
