Thanks for the clarification.
I first thought section (d) was an addendum saying the whole law had been repealed.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

LOL!....reminds me of a weirdo at work who likes to sniff the seat cushions that female coworkers had just gotten up from sitting on.

I just had a Rottie wandering in my yard.
I went outside and called it over but it was somewhat skittish. I did get it to follow me down the street to a neighbors house but it wasn't one of their dogs. I then got it to follow me back to my house where I chained it to my tree. I would have brought it into the house but I wasn't sure how it would have reacted to our dachshund. She can be a bit of a bully.
My wife called the police to see if anyone reported a lost dog but no such luck. Another neighbor said that it might belong to someone else down the other end of the street. The misses called and sure enough it belonged to them. They came and picked it up.
